For mass-produced domestic products

1. Certificate of state registration OGRN (Main State Registration Number), certificate of registration in tax authority INN (Individual Number of Taxpayer);
2. Normative and technical documentation for products (technical specifications if the products are not produced in accordance with GOST (State Standards));
3. Passport and/or operating instructions (manuals);
4. Lease agreement for production space or proof of ownership;
5. Application for declaration.

For imported goods supplied under a contract

1. Copy of the contract;
2. Charter (the first three and the last pages); 
3. Certificate of state registration OGRN (Main State Registration Number), certificate of registration in tax authority INN (Individual Number of Taxpayer); 
4. Product description (composition, appearance, scope of use);
5. Application.

Depending on the declared goods list of documents may vary slightly.
