List of Documents to Obtain Certificate

Certification Center “Certificate Consulting” offers the best conditions in terms of saving time and costs for all types of work for certification, including legal support to the customer in the field of certification for the duration of the certificate and the preparation of all necessary documents for registration certificates and declarations of conformity.

All documents are prepared in accordance with established standards. Prepared documents are then sent to the client for final approval and signature.

To start working on obtaining certificates, declarations of conformity and other "permitting" documents in “Consulting Certificate” minimum amount of information will be required:

• Full name and address of the manufacturer's products;
• Full name and address of the applicant (manufacturer's representative);
• A brief description of the product (the main characteristics, scope of use, appearance);
• TN VED Code (HS Code) and OKP (Russian Classification of products) (if possible).

In some cases the following may be required for certification:

• Normative and technical documentation for manufactured products (GOST or technical regulations) for Russian manufacturer;
• Contract or invoice for the supply of products (for registration certificate for the seller);
• Registration documents of certificate recipient (for a Russian company);
• The power of attorney from the foreign manufacturer for certification of serial production
• The results of previously conducted certification (if available).

Depending on the type of products to be certified and requirements for such products a number of documents may be necessary that will significantly reduce time and costs for the issuance of certificates:

• Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9000 (if any);
• The certificate of fire safety and/or sanitary-epidemiological conclusion (if necessary);
• Copies of previously issued certificates of conformity, test reports (if any);
• Passport and/or operating instructions.
